This is an opportunity of reaching out to the Poor.

The Poor who may be ill or hot tough times needing encouragement and direction.

Welfare or Job Pastors meet the Job seekers at a time pof need. Speeding up contact with support and being a touch of God's grace where its needed. A listening ear with potential direction
